This natural mineral rich resin has been a great way to start the morning, to nourish my brain and follow up with some turmeric ginger tonic. I’ve loved celebrating the mountains I’ve climbed by receiving nourishment from the mountains.
Several weeks into taking Equil Shilajit and enjoying it's benefits. From the extra sustained energy through the day and noticing more clarity in thought through my work day, super important being self employed and easily distracted 😅i brought the resin and got free pills and enjoy both. Great product, keen to try the 5htp.
Big fan of the Equil Rhythm combo. I used to get a mid-afternoon energy crash, and my sleeping was hit or miss - now my energy is consistent through the day and I’m sleeping through most nights too. Also, in today’s day & age it’s difficult to avoid all toxins. I feel the shilajit in particular supports me to minimise the impact on my health. I start my day with Shilajit on an empty stomach, finish the day with 5HTP before bed. I’ve been on the combo for about three months now and feeling more energised and balanced. I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years, and now I’m down to pretty much just these two. Cheers Equil for supplying the goods!
I'm three weeks into my journey with Shilajit and it hasn't disappointed. It is giving me a really nice stable energy and focus. It's not an intense energy, it feels more like a natural sustainable boost to my mood, concentration and motivation, which is what i was hoping for. It feels good to be able to trust the folks at Equal to deliver a good product too. Knowing my Shilajit has been sourced with care and fully tested is super important to me.
I saw the 5HTP at my friend’s place and she had said it was great for her mental state with a 2 year old + her husband that works night shifts. I was a bit sceptical at first but after about 2 weeks of taking 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 capsule at night - I’m sold on the improvement in my partners and I mood and sleep. It feels like we have more resilience and patience to take on the world!! Thank you EQUIL - and appreciate the conscious care that has gone into the next / new packaging being plastic free!!

EQUIL Shilajit keeps me rolling. Daily maintenance with just two tablets a day. Really saved me recently while travelling as I was struggling to find good water and kai. Got a bit crook, popped a couple of these ancient bad boys and felt the zing of vitality come back pretty quick. 10/10 recommend. Thanks to the fellas for making it so easy and accessible with the tablets too!

Kia ora! I’ve been taking Shilajit for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve already noticed three really positive changes. My nails are growing faster and stronger, my energy feels much more consistent, and so does my libido. I’m loving it so far!

It's been a few weeks, and I keep it by my water next to my bed, so I take a tablet first thing each morning. Consistency has been great, and waaaay easier to maintain in the form than as a resin. I was just saying yesterday how I've been feeling more energized, despite it being the darkest, coldest, winter days!
Love that it gives me more energy during the day, I just feel so much healthier in general😁
I have got rid of all my other sleep supplements as this one does the job for me with 2 easy-to-take, tiny capsules! I take it twice a day as that works best for me. I go to sleep more easily and go back to sleep if I wake up. Totally recommend it. Thanks guys!
