Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@equil.co.nz . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 764, Kerikeri, 0245

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will let you know once we've received your return and will process the refund immediately. Usually this is pretty quick - however please allow for a few days (banks ay..)
