Resin is the most traditional form - stronger taste, slightly more potent per dose, best as your daily ritual at home (100 x 500mg servings). Tablets are easier for daily use and travel (60 servings). Both deliver the same active compounds. New to Shilajit? Tablets are the easier starting point.
