Hey whanau my experience with equil plant 5 HTP has been great to say the least. 4 months ago I was in a very bad state. I suffered mental health and addiction issues such as PTSD from my military service over seas. I had been pumped with prescription medications, my nervous system was completely shocked and I could not get a wink of sleep it was like this for a long time. However 2 months ago, whether it be Devine intervention or God answering my prayers. An opportunity came up out of the blue. My life changed drastically during my time with there. BRO's NZ it was there I came across this stuff I did my research and thought ok I'll see if this works as I've tried a lot of products before . I was told that like most supplements you do have to do other activities to help you get better however this supplement can help restore your health. Anyhoo I began using the supplement as soon as I got home and I just stayed consistent. for the first 2 weeks my sleeping patterns and mood was all over the place due to the many years of addiction and mental health being injected with prescription drugs. However through consistency and determination to be on again . I got my life back. I'm back on my feet now. My sleep has improved drastically. I can sleep full nights most nights depending on my productivity during the day. My mood fluctuates depending on my environment and the people around me. But for the most part I'm a happy kid now family. I was not a happy camper a few months ago 😣 to feel again is something no amount of money can buy. I now track my macros and am able to eat large meals if required. I had next to no appetite whilst on prescribed meds and of course the addictions that came with being in that state. I can do it all now family. A few months in and I'm re-loading. My stomach health is back
I can hold food down, I wake up 4 in the morning for my routine and I'm happy to be there. I go to bed around 10 excited to rest so I can wake up to another opportunity to get after the day. I could not do this for a long time so the gratitude from me is gonna be a bit to understand but hey bro algods💪. Ps I'm just speaking my heart family. Of course I do a lot of other activities but when it comes to supplements I won't trust them unless I've meet or know of the man who is making them. To see them in person is another level of confirmation and this dude Graedy is a good dude bro. Definitely impacted my life to see someone like that exist. And what they do .
